Keep pushing. You'll make your breakthough, Jarett. The Ideal that many of us strive for is not to let world is create out of control mental activity in us a.k.a. "worries". We're at our best for ourselves and others when we find a way to stay clear and positive no matter whatt the situation is. This is one of the foundations of traditional Indian yoga practice.
