No, I did not agree to that.
Please stop putting words in my mouth and then calling me a liar.

There are ALWAYS perception issues when we are dealing with human beings.

But you are contradicting yourself and being extremely disingenuous and deceptive which means you are a liar.

Making the sweeping generalized claim that there are "always perception issues when dealing with human beings" does NOT mean that there are "always" perception issues in every specific scenario in the universe, particularly the very specific claim of whether a 90 ton jet at tree top level flies by the right or left side of you!

Discuss the issue in CONTEXT.

You are being unreasonable and you know it.

My point was that looking down a highway and determining which side of it a plane is on is probably going to be easier than to compare the distance between you & the plane and and you & an object beneath it. Being easier doesn't mean that there are no perception issues.

What are you talking about?

The "distance" of the plane from the citgo has nothing to do if whether it was on the right or left of the station!

The citgo witnesses do not have to determine distance.

They only need to determine whether it was on the right or left and they all said left.

How many witnesses have to agree about something (or corroborate each other) in order to be proven correct?

Depends on the specific circumstance.

If you are talking about whether a 90 ton jet at tree top level flies by the right or left side of you I'd say it's a simple enough claim that doesn't really need corroboration at all but independent corroboration from one other person would constitute proof beyond a reasonable doubt.

Yes it is. But even when it's enough to convict someone it still doesn't mean that the eyewitness is right.
Eyewitnesses misidentification is the single greatest cause of wrongful convictions nationwide, playing a role in more than 75% of convictions overturned through DNA testing.

Sure but unless you can show an instance where it has been proven that multiple witness accounts of a 90 ton jet at tree top level flying by on the left really flew by on the complete opposite side of all of them then you have no relevant point whatsoever and are only further demonstrating your dishonest approach to discussion with fallacious analogies.

I made no such claim. Please stop putting words in my mouth.

Really?

So you don't believe that unanimous accounts from people on 395 that the plane was on the north side of the highway is proof beyond a reasonable doubt that the plane was on the north side of the highway?
