But you are contradicting yourself and being extremely disingenuous and deceptive which means you are a liar. Making the sweeping generalized claim that there are "always perception issues when dealing with human beings" does NOT mean that there are "always" perception issues in every specific scenario in the universe, particularly the very specific claim of whether a 90 ton jet at tree top level flies by the right or left side of you! Discuss the issue in CONTEXT. You are being unreasonable and you know it.
What are you talking about? The "distance" of the plane from the citgo has nothing to do if whether it was on the right or left of the station! The citgo witnesses do not have to determine distance. They only need to determine whether it was on the right or left and they all said left.
Depends on the specific circumstance. If you are talking about whether a 90 ton jet at tree top level flies by the right or left side of you I'd say it's a simple enough claim that doesn't really need corroboration at all but independent corroboration from one other person would constitute proof beyond a reasonable doubt.
Sure but unless you can show an instance where it has been proven that multiple witness accounts of a 90 ton jet at tree top level flying by on the left really flew by on the complete opposite side of all of them then you have no relevant point whatsoever and are only further demonstrating your dishonest approach to discussion with fallacious analogies.
Really? So you don't believe that unanimous accounts from people on 395 that the plane was on the north side of the highway is proof beyond a reasonable doubt that the plane was on the north side of the highway? |
