It is impossible to completely eliminate all perception issues when we are dealing with human beings.

You are contradicting yourself proving you are a liar.

You agree that there are no perception issues for the people on 395 regarding what side of the highway the plane flew.
No, I did not agree to that.
Please stop putting words in my mouth and then calling me a liar.

There are ALWAYS perception issues when we are dealing with human beings.

My point was that looking down a highway and determining which side of it a plane is on is probably going to be easier than to compare the distance between you & the plane and and you & an object beneath it. Being easier doesn't mean that there are no perception issues.

Withesses unanimously agreeing about something (or corroborating each other) doesn't prove that they are correct. Let me know when you understand that.

You are quite wrong.

It happens all the time.

How many witnesses have to agree about something (or corroborate each other) in order to be proven correct?

Independent witness corroboration is often considered proof beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
It is quite often the very basis for convictions.

Yes it is. But even when it's enough to convict someone it still doesn't mean that the eyewitness is right.
Eyewitnesses misidentification is the single greatest cause of wrongful convictions nationwide, playing a role in more than 75% of convictions overturned through DNA testing.

In fact even you believe the witnesses on 395 prove the plane was north of 395.

I made no such claim. Please stop putting words in my mouth.
