No, I did not agree to that. Please stop putting words in my mouth and then calling me a liar. There are ALWAYS perception issues when we are dealing with human beings. My point was that looking down a highway and determining which side of it a plane is on is probably going to be easier than to compare the distance between you & the plane and and you & an object beneath it. Being easier doesn't mean that there are no perception issues.
How many witnesses have to agree about something (or corroborate each other) in order to be proven correct?
Yes it is. But even when it's enough to convict someone it still doesn't mean that the eyewitness is right. Eyewitnesses misidentification is the single greatest cause of wrongful convictions nationwide, playing a role in more than 75% of convictions overturned through DNA testing.
