Yes I am aware that there was a 2nd plane, specifically a C-130 flown by Lt. Col Steve O'Brien. I have personally interviewed MANY witnesses who saw it and we have had dialog with the pilot direct. The evidence proves he was not there until about 3 minutes after the explosion. The presence of this plane 3 minutes later has been used in the propaganda (like the anonymous govt provided "witness" interview you linked) as cover for the flyover to blend it with the completely false notion that it was in the area at the same time as the explosion.
