Was this Lee Purbaugh? At this time one can only assume. This could have been Nevin Lambert on his way to the second load of coal. He also have a pickup truck. Do you know where the man flagged them down? At the beginning of the Skyline Road? Was he talking unintelligibly and was he upset or calm?
