Or perhaps the witnesses are afraid to come forward after what happened to Barry Jennings.
Why would you think the idea of anonymous witnesses on the freeways, roads, and bridges would have any fear of telling anyone? Why do you think that is even plausible?
I think it is plausable for the exact same reason that you fear and grace us with your neverending presence here JThomas.
