He was watching the TV showing the replay of UA175 hitting WTC 2 and when he hung up the phone he ran out to the loading dock. Why? To look for any possible attack plane. ALL he said was that he saw an "aircraft flying around the south parking lot at 9:12, 9:11." THEN he heard an explosion when he was outside.
