Actually, that is the official news release from Judicial Watch, not the video as supplied under the complaint. Of course the news outlets were only interested in the time frame wherein the Flight 77 crashed. They (the news outlets) never imagined that any one would use the release to imply that the FBI had secretly edited the video.
I saw it, so I am sure the poster has as well.

Give me a moment. I saw it, but it never occured to me to bookmark it. In fact, I was kind of bored watching the whole thing. I think I may have stated above that the frame rate changes as the camera changes direction, however, I think what is happening is that there is only one recording system for mulitiple cameras ( in this case i think the number is 10) and as the recording system changes input demands the tape changes frame rates, hence the appearance of an "edit".
