The obvious "origin" would be the doubletree hotel, then the FBI and then released by complaint as filed by Judicial Watch. Is that what you mean? I have seen the whole thing, I am sure you and the poster have as well. The frame rate change happens before the CCTV changes direction. In that context the supposed "editing" is understood.
