He didnt say " no one signs up on a flight to fly INTO a Trade Tower" -- instead he's quoted as saying 'no one signs on a flight to FLY BY a burning tower' ---- I'm sorry, it still sounds odd if he is indeed referring to UA175, rather than another plane. The descent of UA175 was very very steep, until shortly before the impact. To an observer, it would look like a dive-bombing, with the plane pulling out of its dive just before impact.
