It is collapsing from the bottom up. That's why the squibs go from the bottom up to the top.

something is thrown up above the roof of wtc7, it leaves a curved smoke trail and flashes like an explosive. you can see the flash just above the right corner of the white building as the roofline of wtc7 passes below. different videos of the collapse corroborate the flash.
The sun is shining in that direction and this is some object reflecting the sunlight. There's no building left there for explosives to go off in and explosives don't just fly up in the air and detonate for all to see.
