In my opinion, that BBC piece on WTC7 (Conspiracy Files: 9/11 - The Third Tower) sold out to the Official Story when they cut from the re-enactment of Barry Jennings descent to the 6th floor, directly to the collapsing WTC2. It was quite clear, that in spite of Barry Jenning's timeline testimony emphatically stating otherwise, the BBC producers wanted to make the strong association between those two unrelated events. The sole purpose of that edit was to use the WTC2 collapse as an explanation for the explosive destruction of the 6th floor stairway, experienced by Jennings & Hess. Not only did WTC2 not collapse at that time, it totally lacks plausibility, that WTC2, being the more distant of the Twin Towers (South Tower), could have ejected large debris over that great a distance and wreak such core-area destruction. ![]() This is especially true, given that even the NIST in their final WTC7 Report, showed no core area damage, even after considering the additional, nearer collapse, of WTC1 (North Tower).
