Have you come across the full version of this clip? http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=jO4Ohg_YHUEI believe it was featured in an original longer version of 9/11 Solution that isn't available anymore. There was also another street interview featured in it and I think it was the same reporter, Rick Leventhal? Rick was talking to a guy and seemed to get a message in his ear to stop talking to him and wait for the 2 guys with moustaches, you can hear him ask 'Why?'
Yeah I've got that clip, though I haven't really looked into this claim you're speaking of, the copy of FOX News channel coverage I have isn't all that great of quality I ripped it from a split screen mpg that was on archive.org, though it seems to be innaccessible now. What I have is a shoddy DivX I made from it. http://www.archive.org/details/911-Chronology-Source The clip you linked to aired live just a couple minutes before the north tower collapses.
