Another possibility would be to pack a few vans or trucks with explosives, that were driven onto the freight elevators or into the underground parking garages, like they did in 1993. There was enough underground parking for 2000 vehicles and a number of the recovered vehicles had blown up during the attack. Also, there were natural gas and steam pipes that ran all around the complex, which would also be candidates for sabotage. One more option, would be to sabotage the freon storage tanks. I would think it would be easier to get those to blow, then it would be to blow up a tank of diesel fuel. While the Freon tanks could explode due to pressure, Freon itself is not flammable.... But should you burn Freon ( R-12 ) a byproduct is phosgene gas. Back in the 70's there was a story about an auto shop class ( I think in Indiana ) in which the students were recharging an A/C system in a car and did not notice a leak and several died when the Freon was burned within the engine.
