It was all 3rd party presidential candidates agreeing to a four point plan all showed except Barr, but he still supports the plan. The four point plan is partly focusing on getting Civil liberties back, following the constitution, search google for more info or campaignforliberty.com. The main point was to say 60% + of the people are unhappy with their choices and that "we are the majority". The other key point was all the candidates condemning the 2 party establishment.
