"FBI is confident that it has positively identified the nineteen hijackers responsible for the 9/11 terrorist attacks"

how does "confusion" change to "positive identification" if the guy says "i'm alive".


Yeah, and this guy is still on the list, they seem to have kept some of the names and changed the pictures,
but they seem to be sticking to this guy as a hijacker, although he claims to be alive,although he could hardly
have "confused" himself with someone else, when his picture could be seen on TV all over the world.
