Why does it matter? Does certain eyewitness testimony simply disagree with what you (CIT) think happened or with what you (CIT) think is possible, so you claim those witnesses are dishonest? If not, it seems you should be able to present the basis on which you make claims that they are dishonest/deceptive/lying/accomplices, etc.
