. At this point in his Presidency, this is certainly a concession to the fact all his Spending and Govt Giveaways didn't improve the economy. The Dodd-Frank act was full of new limits that were unrealistic, but this is a strange way to overcome one of them. ...They believe that credit scores should include the regular rental and utility payments history They raise the score and then want to change how the score is determined. At least they do not want to include food stamps in 'Other Income' of the applicants, though rental subsidies (Section 8) might be included in the new score! IMO, the problem was how much one could previously qualify to borrow (debt-to-income) and the little to nothing down purchases (no skin in the game). The national system seems to go from one extreme to another. . |
