Good to see Baltimore and Maryland is focusing on the Crime Epidemic. http://touch.baltimoresun.com/#section/822/article/p2p-84503594/ There's something missing - the statistics - did Juvie crime go down in the jurisdictions that didn't do this or had stopped doing it? Prince George's abandoned it - and they have horrible Juvie Crime. We are talking Murders and Rapes. . |

. Causes them to recall "Past Trauma." Um-hmm. I think we didn't get Stats - because Juvie crime is run-away and the more they coddle the 16 year criminals, the more crime they commit. . |
