. I can remember smart people saying, after Obama won, that the Media will have to do this now, and they'll have to do that. They have selected new rules now, and they'll have to follow them. I always doubted that, and now we see the Media doesn't give a crap about consistency. There were special rules for Obama - and there are special rules for Hillary. There is no weak attempt to feign a single standard, a consistent judgment, or fair treatment. Barack Obama didn't need experience. Obama didn't need to be consistent with his earlier statements. He did not need to be vetted. His goodness was innate and all powerful. He didn't need specifics, in fact, part of the beauty of the "once-in-a-lifetime Leader" was his non-specificity. Obama said - America will be respected due to his presence alone. He said at the moment he was selected Prez, the oceans would recede and the earth would start healing. He plans could've been written by Shallow Hal. They were bumper stickers tied together written in disappearing ink. The Obama standard applies to no one else. Hillary can attack others without having to field questions on her problems with the same issues, it's the Hillary standard. Do you see anyone out there saying Hillary has to stop picking Comedy shows as her venue if she wants to be taken serious? Or that she has to give specific answers, if she wants to be taken serious?
