They use it when Traveling, Dining, and in Police Matters. Privilege is good -- for some. The guy that met Rosie O's daughter, CHELSEA, is being charged. http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2015/aug/22/man-faces-obscenity-charge-after-odonnells-daughte/ Someone was rear-ended near my neighborhood and the Police wouldn't write a Police report. One party wouldn't provide insurance information (the offending party) - and the Police said they didn't see it, so they're not writing a Police Report. My prediction is more people will be charged that swirl around Chelsea's life, in the future. .
