Fox Focus group were actually impressed with Biden! Yet none of them said this debate would cause them to change their vote. |

Something I've mentioned a few times lately; counting Medicare cuts twice. Obamacare takes the money and Medicare changes are supposed to save that much some way or another. If they could actually save that much, and prices went down like Barry promised, it then does not change Medicare ...but that money still can only be spent ONCE. Biden is still spending it twice. It can't be added back to Medicare,so it can't extend the Medicare programs life. |

. I think the Truth is these undecideds are flaming idiots. If you believe Obama's promises after these last four years, you should start writing that letter, and include that money, to your Prison boyfriend. He really does care about you. . Edited by Mason, Oct 11 2012, 10:17 PM.

I think that's because there was such low expectations for Biden, given all the goofy stuff he says all the time. I think that Ryan did just fine. One of my Facebook friends summed up the debate this way: Haha ![]() Ryan: "Did you order the code red?" Biden: "You're gooddam right I did!" Edited by MikeZPU, Oct 11 2012, 10:18 PM.

Ryan did well at explaining the proposal to use "means testing" for receiving Medicare and Social Security. Biden kept talking about the number of people that would lose coverage under the Romney/Ryan Plan. Ryan should have explained that those losing some or all under the means test were the wealthy that can afford it, NOT the average number that Biden hinted would be the poor and middle class. The reality is that the Romney/Ryam Plan there - means test - functions like a redistribution of wealth ...like the Democrats want. The problem evidently is the Democrats want to control entitlements to the wealthy also ...so we'll have to raise the rates on all payroll to cover it ....which removes the limit of income subject to the taxes under the Obama approach. |

Reminded me Ryan told Biden that Romney gave more to charity than the two of them combined ...hint, Joe didn't give much at all and Romney gave a load away. |

. Biden again said that raising Taxes so the Rich can start to help with this problem, pay their fair share. These undecided peeps are being led to believe that the Rich haven't paid their taxes. The exact opposite is true, the rich carry the burden and you have a large percentage that pay no Federal Income tax. Is anyone in the media ever going to point this out? . |

. What is the point of calling someone "my friend" and then saying they lie and they're trying to hurt people and fool people? Seems to me it makes the person using that phrase in that manner as fake and hypocritical. . |

Thanks! I just do not watch the tube much. Biden actually did a great deal better than I thought he would, but he's been training on the numbers for a week. Him cutting in and making childish faces all the time must have hurt him more than I thought it would ...since everybody always forgives Joe for his anticipated blunders! |

Haha, I don't recall CNN routinely pointing out the margin of error, right after it announces a poll result!
