I would never have anticipated that to come from Jon Stewart. Had his ratings slipped? Edited by kbp, Sep 7 2012, 04:20 PM.

I just saw Bill Murry (sp?) from Ghost Busters slamming Repubs. I guess I will never watch one of his movies again. Edited by Kerri P., Sep 7 2012, 04:23 PM.

I never bought a car from CarMax. I won't go to any more James Taylor concerts (that one hurts a little). And tomorrow I'm turning in my Costco card. (that one really hurts.) But I'll just have to shop smarter. You know, my photo is on my Costco card. But not my voter ID. |

My daughter got married this summer and after long discussions about the first dance and realizing that none of my suggestions were going over, she and her wonderful husband to be chose "How Sweet It Is To Be Loved By You". Okay, the words are fine, but i could not get past James Taylor and when asked why I objected to it so much I explained that I thought James Taylor was a real fluke and that there were better songs and artists from which to choose a song. Well, long story short, "How Sweet" won and it all turned out to be wonderful and the couple having taken dance lessons to make it a memorable moment did a splendid job, tears flowed from both families and all ended well. I still can't stand the sight of James Taylor, however. |
