$6.5 Mil Tear-Down

They have those HGTV shows and Real Estate shows where people sell their homes.

They have a show airing where a young guy called a Hollywood Producer (never heard of him) that is selling one of his California homes at $6.5 Million as a "Tear-down." It is torn down and the buyer rebuilds.

You have to wonder why Obama doesn't include some of these people in his Rich speeches - instead of just Wall Street and CEO's.

How's that Carbon footprint of tearning down a 6,000 square foot house with all the comforts?

There is nothing wrong with the house - just not as dazzling as the latest and greatest.
