What has happened to this Country?

The Dept. of Justice, several U.S. Agencies and DEM operatives are tutoring and advising Black Reverends on how to Campaign for Obama from the Pulpit, from that Altar, in Black Churches across the Country!

I'm sure some polling on enthusiasm and a close race necessitating even more money has prompted U.S. Gov't agencies and Attorney General Eric Holder to tutor Black churches on how to be insiders for Obama.

This is disgusting.

Attorney General Eric Holder, the IRS, and the liberal lawyers at the ACLU will brief several hundred pastors in the African American community on how to participate in the presidential election -- which the Congressional Black Caucus chair expects will help President Obama's campaign."

Don't I remember that preachers were being warned not to endorse any candidate lest they jeopardize their church's tax exempt status?

Oh, that was when George Bush was President--it's all different now.

...Cleaver said they would not tell pastors which candidate to support. They will let them know who to regard as the good guys, though (hint: not Republicans). "We're going to talk about some of the draconian laws that have cropped up around the country as a result of the 17 percent increase in African American votes," Cleaver said, describing voter ID laws as a form of Jim Crow-style "poll tax" on seniors and black voters.

The Rep. Reverend Cleaver seems to come up with an excuse that may be good, but he then goes on to another problem. For some reason I thought the voter ID had been ruled as legal by SCOTUS. Even if it hasn't, we do not pay Holder and the IRS to campaign against a law that has not been ruled as illegal, even if Holder can bend the laws to keep it out of some states.

Is this the same guy that wanted the Black Panthers to be able wear uniforms, carry weapons, and openly intimidate Voters?

I am so confused.

It just might be an early post-emptive panic because of obamas support of gay marriage. Remember that about 50% of the black preachers are against gay marriage.
