. Biden, coincidentally, used some of the same lines as Hoffa today. How can the media let them get away with this? Biden: They declared War. We need to stop this onslaught. You are only ones standing between us and the barbarians at the gate. This is a different kind of fight. This is a fight for the heart and soul of our right to exist. The middle class is under attack. Labor is under direct assault. How can this stand? Biden and Obama need to be called out by the media. If this continues, there will be violence. http://www.hapblog.com/2011/09/biden-at-afl-cio-rally-you-are-only.html . |

Sounds like quite a record there. Condemnation of others to redirect attention from his own failures. That's not the best strategy, but Obama doesn't really have that many options left. |

I agree with the comment, this administration is trying to create violence, unless you support all labor union, you are a barbarian. That from the VPOUS, this is really becoming a scary labor day. The President and VP are being totally irresponsible, they just seem to want to create a country of unrest and violence and it seems like the labor unions are in full support. When will one of our elected officials stand up and rebut these threats. This was the whole reason for the rise of the tea party and now they are the barbarians at the gate and the enemy, that need to be taken out. These words are like yelling "FIRE" in a theatre, not words that bring a country together. The left is always against war but it seems they are perfectly willing to declare war against their fellow citizens. Edited by retiredLEO, Sep 5 2011, 04:54 PM.

Here it is right from the liberal college professors. All DiscussionsMy DiscussionsAdd. Political Science Professors Claim Racism Motivates Tea PartyPosted by Jared Law on September 5, 2011 at 2:07pm in Activism/Events .This would be pretty funny, if millions of American students weren't being indoctrinated to hate the Tea Party movement. And while it's not news to any of our members that leftist professors would say such things about our pro-freedom, principled movement, we must not simply remain vigilant, and keep ourselves informed about the world around us, about what's going on, about who's declaring war against our pro-liberty movement. We must actively identify, recruit, and educate new members of our movement, preparing not only for the life-or-death-of-America 2012 Presidential election, but for the comprehensive restoration of American freedom, which has already begun, but which will take well over a decade to accomplish, on the most optimistic of timetables. With greater numbers, we can, and will, restore America. We will be able to resist the efforts of the radical left to plunge America into a Marxist Revolutionary Civil War, as the left so desperately desires. But while we continue to work for the day when the left is reduced to an irritant, rather than the real threat to American freedom, and the liberty of all mankind, that it is today, we must remain vigilant, continue to educate ourselves, and remain informed about what's going on, what threats are emerging, and so forth. So in the spirit of informing our members of the latest threats to our liberty, don't just look upon this story by the Washington Times as just another news story exposing the radical leftist bias of university professors; remember, they are indoctrinating America's youth and young adults this week at Universities nationwide. They continue their relentless pursuit of Marxist control of America even as you read this. It would be wise to redouble our efforts to not just prepare for 2012, but to prepare to win the culture war, and to prevent Marxist revolution, and to comprehensively restore America! Here's the Washington Times on this story: http://www.the912project.us/forum/topic/show?id=2881797%3ATopic%3A2361616&xgs=1&xg_source=msg_share_topic |

Unfortunately, one has to consider the source. Nothing new from Obama, Biden, or their supporters. |

I guess Zero thinks all tea party members and supporters are employed and enjoying the middle class lifestyle. Then why if he thinks that, does he also have his hinchman in the unions call them son of bitches. Gee, I remember seeing a lot of females at those tea party rallies, are they daughters of bitches. Zero reminds me of the radicals of the 60s and 70s that hated government, blew thing up in the name of peace, while the rest of the nation called them radical kooks. We have elected a POTUS that is as kooky as they were and a spineless congress that won't stand up and call him out on his radicalism. I am afraid that all the nuts we have in our population reside in Washington DC. The man came out in support one college professor against one cop in MA and made it into a national emergency. Where has he been with these flash mobs all over the country, attacking white people, nowhere. The Beatles wrote a song about him "Nowhere Man". Apparently he wants the same kind of riots here, as they have been having in the middle east, bring the Arab spring to America, we need it, IMHO, I believe that is what he wants. |

It is pretty clear we have an re-election campaign going on with Obama & Biden. This is 14 months before the election. The President & VP should be leading the whole country but they have dropped that pretense. I do understand that their Administration is falling apart. They wouldn't be doing this if they were "winning!" Llike Mason I doubt Hoffa's remark were unscripted as they are too similar to Biden's. The strategy from the White House must have been founded in their focus groups who decided attack the Tea Party, attack the Congress, push the idea that Unions are under attack, and those Tea Partiers won't pass Obama's agenda for jobs and that's the reason the economy won't improve. It is being held down by those vicious racist Tea Partiers who don't want Obama to success because he is AA. Pretty Desperate huh when that is your strategy for leading the country. I doubt it will do anything but divide the country. It certainly won't make the economy better. |

Tea Party Group to Hoffa: Resign! http://dailycaller.com/2011/09/05/tea-party-group-to-hoffa-resign/ After Teamsters union president Jimmy Hoffa, Jr. called for a “war” against Republicans and tea partiers on Monday, one tea party group is calling for the union leader to resign. “Calls to violence can never be acceptable in this civil society,” the Rockford, Illinois tea party group said in a statement. “Hoffa’s remarks were made in an introduction to Obama speaking to Auto Workers and Unions in Detroit and this sort of angry, hateful, call to violence should be repudiated by the President with a call from the President to ask Hoffa to resign his very public position of influence.” While warming up a Labor Day crowed in Detroit before a speech by President Obama, Hoffa Jr. said unions need to pick a fight with tea partiers and congressional Republicans. “President Obama, this is your army,” Hoffa Jr. declared. “We are ready to march. Let’s take these sons of bitches out and take America back to where America we belong.” The Rockford tea party called Hoffa’s comments “incendiary and dangerous.” “If even one member of the Tea Party is harmed by anyone after Hoffa’s call to violence, then Hoffa should be held accountable by the Justice System and Charged appropriately,” the group said. Though Obama wasn’t present when Hoffa Jr. made his incendiary remarks, Obama noted the presence of the Teamsters union president during his speech. Other union bosses joining Obama at the rally were United Auto Workers President Bob King, AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka and SEIU President Mary Kay Henry. A spokesman for the AFL-CIO has not answered multiple requests from The Daily Caller as to whether Trumka supports Hoffa’s comments. UPDATE 5:08 p.m. Tea Party Express chairwoman Amy Kremer called on President Obama to “condemn this inappropriate and uncivil rhetoric, which has no place in the public forum.” |

That, my friend, is the conclusion of many people. The question is, what do people who disagree with him DO? |

It's a given they'll argue that Hoffa's statement is 'taken out of context', but that is still about as close to the line as you can go for inciting violence without arming yourself and leading the pack. When I say "they'll argue" I am presuming some national media will bring the issue up for a response in a conversation. The good news for them then would be to redirect attention away from the hot topic of JOBS! |
