Nothing ever makes sense unless you accept that. They passed on, dismissed, or hide anything that was exculpatory. Elmo was just another piece of evidence to attack. Refusal to view exculpatory evidence presented by Defense attorneys Refusal to release exculpatory DNA Not interviewing Dr. Manly Not questioning Crystal on the discrepancies Besides the SANE Exam showed no injuries! It goes on & on. There are so many of these, JSwift made an excellent list of questions! It doesn't make sense. It was insanity. It was an intentional attempt to Frame.
