This then would contradict (is anyone surprised) with Crystal's claim that he wanted to use the rent money for something other than to pay the rent.

Given that this is a short court week (at least it is here in Ohio due to Holy Week) will Cline bring new charges this week or will things be delayed until after Easter?

Also, I wonder if Crystal's cult is wondering if they could get in touch with Dog, the Bounty Hunter since he is in to posting bail for celebrities.

take the time to LISTEN to the phone call. It's less than five minutes and worth it to catch the voice inflections, etc.
He was much more serious than he sounded in the little blurb played by the media. The way he said
"I........... have........... no......... idea........... about.......... her"
was interesting. I know it can be frustrating for being bomabarded with so many questions in an emergency. A very normal reaction. He sounded frustrated at times, but also very worried.

Do we know what time the call was made?

Bear in mind that the argument that the cops heard had to have been after midnight, probably later. She probably should have received a noise violation if you could hear her screaming from the parking lot!

Also:

"An officer was just over here a few minutes ago about a tow and he heard them arguing and they didn’t respond and I knocked on the door and he didn’t respond

A few minutes? I wonder if she had already stabbed him when they knocked on the door? If she got him in the lung it would not take much to keep her hand, a cushion or a pillow over his mouth to keep him quiet while someone was at the door.

Yes, the nephew? seems very worried, and frustrated. He seemed hesitant to get involved, ... or maybe involve himself. Perhaps he involved himself given the dire circumstances ... hestitating on his own behalf.

Maybe afraid for his own life? After all, he was nearby when a murder was committed. If she's done it once, she would do it again.

And he likely knows of the existence of the Cult. Maybe they've made some veiled threats that anyone who testifies against Crystal will be "dealt with."

I think at that point he didn't care where she was - he wanted to get help. He knew who did it and they could find her later is what I speculate that he was thinking.

That answers some questions. Apparently he Police didn't come out for an earlier for a call about them. The Officer heard them arguing.

We need to see the original reports
I don't know about NC, but in NJ if you get a DV call, someone is getting arrested. Any sign of violence, a broken glass, a bruse, even a spontanious statement, you are gone. Used to be if no one wanted to sign a complaint or ask for a restraining order, that was it. That all change, when the law changed to prevent just this type of thing from happening.

The 911 dispatcher wanted to know what Crystal was wearing or if McCullough had seen her as if that was needed to identify her.

I think that that would be normal procedure, the dispatcher might have wanted to get an alert out to all beat cops. Something like " Be on the look out for a black female between the ages of 30-35 yrs. old wearing such and such clothing. She is wanted for questioning in the stabbing of her boyfriend." Because from what we know she did leave the scene of the stabbing.

This statement is important.
