I'm thinking this was armed robbery and murder until shown otherwise. |

That answers some questions. Apparently he Police didn't come out for an earlier for a call about them. The Officer heard them arguing. We need to see the original reports |

Just suppose for a minute that the rent money was Crystal's - then she would need to explain where that money came from.......that could open a whole can of worms for Woody Vann to have to figure out how to explain. |

You don't seriously think for one moment that she would actually contribute toward housing or food, do you? I say she was attempting to take money from Daye at the point of a knife and he resisted. That's my story and I'm sticking to it

No, I do not think for a moment that Crystal would spend any money on anything but Crystal (nails, weaves, trashy clothes, etc). But, if she were to make that claim - that it was rent money that she was paying and that Mr. Daye wanted to use for something else - then it would seem to me that a competent DA (ok, I forgot we were talking about Mahrud so it is doubtful) would then ask what was the source of those funds. If Crystal didn't have her kids living with her fulltime could she claim the state monies for them? |

Thanks Agatha. So, there was a loud argument that could be heard outdoors. There had to be close-by neighbors who could actually hear at least the gist of the argument. I hope the DPD interviewed the neighbors. |

take the time to LISTEN to the phone call. It's less than five minutes and worth it to catch the voice inflections, etc. |

Yes, good catch! The nephew said that Reginald referred to the rent money as "HIS rent money." Edited by MikeZPU, Apr 17 2011, 05:51 PM.
