Like I said before, its Mahrud (Durham spelled backwards). Much like "Bizarro World" Mahrud has it own code when it comes to their Poster Girl.

Bizarro Code which states "Us do opposite of all Earthly things! Us hate beauty! Us love ugliness! Is big crime to make anything perfect on Bizarro World!". In one episode, for example, a salesman is doing a brisk trade selling Bizarro bonds: "Guaranteed to lose money for you". Later, the mayor appoints Bizarro No. 1 to investigate a crime, "Because you are stupider than the entire Bizarro police force put together". This is intended and taken as a great compliment.

So when a mother sets a fire in her apartment with her kids there, she has the right to remain silient.

Sheer Lunacy! But hay, that is Mahrud Justice. You just have to understand it makes as much sense as a Comic Book.

Convicted of child neglect and abuse... and a big thumbs up.

IMHO someone needs to investigate jury tampering by Wagstaff

It's Mahrud

At least the AP headline was:

Duke lacrosse accuser convicted of child abuse

(it made Drudge)

But they're still using that awkward sentence:

"A woman who authorities said falsely accused three Duke University lacrosse players of rape four years ago..."

I ASSUME they are trying to add weight to the statement by noting that "authorities said"; but to me that
ends up sounding like a qualifier.

It should read just, :"A woman who falsely accused three Duke University lacrosse players of rape four years ago..."

At what point did the Judge say Mangum was a "good mother"?

What was the contempt drama all about? Did he know what the verdict was going to be and just throw that crumb out to the prosecution so he would appear unbiased?

Joes said nothing that came up during the trial made him doubt that Mangum is a good mother.

"That night, as was described ... you were fed up and were acting in a different zone," he said.

But the judge chided Mangum for failing to calm down in her children's presence after police arrived.

This piece begins with, "The woman who prosecutors said falsely accused three Duke University lacrosse players of rape four years ago ..."

I got one question for the Judge. Would you like your children to be raised by Mangum? Would YOU like her for a mother? What is a "good" mother? Dear God, where did this man come from???? Any photos of the "judge"?

And he said she was "fed up."

I thought Milton was leaving HER! Wouldn't he be the one "fed up?"

Several of us (myself included) said this all might be a dummy trial, merely for public consumption. We've said on many occasions that RCD would have been lynched had they gone to trial. We've said the system in Durham and in a good part of North Carolina is completely corrupt and that the judges and the prosecutors ARE the criminals.

We said the Mangum trial was likely wired before it even got going.

We've been accused of cynicism, but in reality it is the power of accurate observation.

"The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who have not got it." – George Bernard Shaw, author (1856-1950)

The man heard that she destroyed property, falsely accused the Cops of battering her without asking her any questions, set a fire inside of the house, flattened tires, and never inquired to the location, handling, or safety of her kids. The Cops testified she was Wild, tried to overpower a female officer, resisted arrest, provided a false ID and SSN, and Lied repeatedly until admitting on Videotape that she was making it all up. He found out she falsely claimed she was pregnant - she claimed serious back problems and the testimony presented was that she moved like no one they had ever seen with back problems.

And to top it all off she was living with a boyfriend she deemed as "Crazy" and schizofrenic.

Who knows what could have happened had the police not intervened. Did anyone ever ask Crystal how she had planned to put out the fire?

In 2002 a woman in DeKalb County, Georgia burned her boyfriend's clothes and the whole place caught fire and burned up her 3 year old.

.
Yes, Yes, Yes.

Her children were fighting with a grown man and she told Police to leave according to the "Good Mother."

I think you accurately pointed out in another post, if the evidence presented was the barometer, then one would have to believe Milton Walker was the one that was Fed up - and was leaving.

I know there are charges from preventing someone from leaving a Domestic Situation (slashing their tires, smashing their windshield, denying them clothes).

This is unbelievable from a Judge.

Every time a workplace is shot up by a employee - it's because they're fed-up. When someone attacks and kills a neighbor it's because they're fed-up.

They had multiple phones in there that night - and then the Cops even came to the door, but Crystal was instituting her own laws and punishments.

This guy is dirty as the day is long. Corrupt sham-artist and nothing more.

I am grateful to Durham for providing once again a tangible example for the Electorate of this country of Life Under the Metanarrative.

Years ago, we saw a Durham judge allow the Black Panthers into the courtroom to harass and intimidate the Seligmanns. Today, of course, the Black Panthers are permitted to be at polling places, swinging bully clubs and intimidating voters. Slowly, slowly, many more people are beginning to understand that this mindset and methodology is not about a color-blind nation but a color-intense nation and Durham , NC is its prototype.

This is a city wherein prevails the mindset that only Blacks can "understand" if Crystal committed arson. Only Blacks can understand if Crystal provides good Black mothering. Crystal's "friends" were permitted to be there because their justice system is permeated by others who believe the same. (Black and progressive white "folk", I might add.)

The Purveyors of the Metanarrative believe they can judge us...but we cannot judge them. They "know" us...but we cannot know them. In a society wishing (I hope) to be post-racial, this is egregious enough, but on display in a so-called "justice system"...it is intolerable.

Bill Anderson took some heat on this Board for his contention that Collin, Reade, and Dave could not get a fair trial in Durham. I believe his view is totally vindicated with this last spectacle. Why only in the last moments was the conduct of the Mangum cheerleading team offensive? Why would the children be returned immediately to a parent just convicted of abuse? Does anyone else question whether Mangum's "incareceration" was actually an opportunity to get her cleaned up, on her meds, and "ready for viewing?"

But here's some words of comfort, Hooligans.

The pervasive mentality among progressives and the Black community that a woman like Crystal CANNOT be held accountable for her actions...but ANY member of a white Lacrosse team MUST be held accountable for society's actions...("gimmmee three, any three") may play well among the Durham locals and Duke radicals, but once understood by a larger Electorate, it is rejected as repulsive and horrifying. This is why the civil trials are being politically "suppressed." Because no one not covered by the selective empathy of Progressive politics would EVER go gently into the Black hole of their interpretation of "justice."

I am coming to believe that those of us who already have "post-racial" families in our real lives are the real enemies of the Popes of the Metanarrative. My daughters tease that my goddaughter is more "like Mom" than they are. It's true. But that is not the goal of the Progressive/Black community. Only divided racially .... are they "entitled" to special exemptions and privileges. Only divided is their "power" meaningful. Only divided, can they excuse a creature like Mangum...and excuse the enormity of their contribution to the abuse of those children.

As they "celebrate" this morning, they have provided us with another prime example to use to battle the Metanarrative. They have underscored the failure of our "justice system" when this thinking is allowed to prevail. They have shown us the wastefulness of putting OUR tax dollars that WE worked for...into the programs that create and maintain "Crystals" everywhere.

They have given us another stellar "teaching moment" as to why Progressive thinking milks , muddles and always FAILS. Another brilliant insight into how their Metanarrative really reads.... "DIVIDED..only DIVIDED we STAND."

These are invaluable education tools.

I say..."Thank you, Durham."

Evidently Matt Milliken had problems with twitter ... his final couple of tweets:

- Sorry about Twitter silence. Multiple efforts to tweet on multiple platforms failed.

- A mistrial on arson was declared. Mangum was found guilty on all five misdemeanors. She was sentenced to time served on them.

- Meanwhile, Mangum is freed from pretrial incarceration, and all bars to contact with and custody of her children were lifted by the judge.

- For stories about the Mangum trial result and the Wagstaff contempt hearing, please see The Herald-Sun’s Saturday edition!

- Wait, one more thing! The prosecution will decide in early January whether to retry or drop Mangum’s arson charge. Good night!

Thanks to Matt & THS for his live reporting!
