.
What If
I wanted to burn my girlfriend's bedroom (just her belongings in that room) and not hurt her - but I end up burning down the Apt. Complex and I didn't know her Cat was under the bed.

My intention was only to burn all her belongings.

No one would listen to that Defense for a minute.

.
I would since I subscribe to the mantra that the only good cat is a dead cat. (Sorry, feline lovers, I can't abide cats and they seem to love me - go figure). :laughin: :laughin:
cks, my cat who almost sensed when I was suffering with heart failure, seemed to try to comfort me before I went into the hospital for 2 weeks. So I guess you will be pleased that he died under our Christmas tree a few day ago. This cat seemed to have a sixth sense when I was almost dead, and now he is dead.
.
Sorry, man.

.
thanks Mason, he didn't start out as my cat, he was my daughters, but you know how that goes.

I will now put this out on the board. Some of you already know it.

imoo- I think the foreman and Wagstaff somehow, may know each other. The foreman and Wagstaff have been making eye contact all along, especially when Wagstaff was shaking her head one way or the other.
I have no proof of this -just what I observed in court.
.
Our observer didn't know the names of the people, but later ID'd Matherly and Wagstaff, who now has a different haircut.

He said the exact same thing.

Two jurors were smiling at their antics instead of looking at the witness giving testimony.

Those same jurors did not return smiles from those on the Groom's side of the courtroom. Remember the Jurors walked the halls and passed very close to people. That courtroom is terrible for separating a Jury.

I noticed the eye contact yesterday too. Could be something as simple as the juror feeling a connection after seeing/hearing them in court all week long -- or not.

Just FYI, the court reporter needed a break because it's hot in the courtroom. It's even hotter for her because she breathes through a mask. less than 20 seconds ago via TweetDeck

LEO - no disrespect - I really don't wish harm on cats that people have as pets - but there are those of us who are dog people, those who are cat people, and those who are no pet people at all.

Regarding that knock on the door — the jury has handed out another note. I think Jones has read it while an attorney in the civil case spoke half a minute ago via TweetDeck

Crystal must be getting nervous with all the commotion going on this afternoon.
.
Yeah, she's worried she's not going to have a ride home -
at this rate. And no spending money.

If form holds, Jones will send the civil attorneys away in a moment to deal with the Mangum jury. We’ll see. half a minute ago via TweetDeck

One of the attorneys in the civil case, not related to Mangum’s prosecution, is still speaking now. less than 20 seconds ago via TweetDeck

I never thought a cat could sense like that.
