CM had been to the hospital for what was a five day headache. At some point she had a spinal tap. They gave her morphine and oxi codeine.
Where have we heard this on before?
And morphine makes you violent? Having medical treatment involving powerful pain killers several hours prior to arrest changes the rules of police engagement?

What's the point? And what's this about Crystal being pregnant again?

you r welcome nyesq83.

CM words to Walker when she saw him - according to the officer were, I am going to stab you Mother F-er.

According to testimony -when Officer Tyler arrived, he was looking around when he smelled smoke. He opened the bathroom door, flames and smoke came pouring out.

The officers called the Fire Dept.- took the kids and CM to one car and Walker to another PD car.
While in the car CM somehow slipped the cuff links from behind her back to the front.

Before they took her to jail, they called CM father to come get the kids.

That's what she told the officers when she was resisting arrest.

Of course- she must not have been pregnant unless, she had a miscarriage while spending 88 days in jail.

I knew Morphine and some prescription cocktail was involved, not the details, but that more hospital and prescription drug abuse was ongoing.

Sorry ~J.

Of course you're right. What am I thinking? It's Crystal...the poster child for pointlessness.

Crystal's lawyer ran a Organization to Get Barack Obama elected.

She also did research and investigation of SuperDelegates.

Both morphine and oxycodone can cause constipation and confusion, and I would be hard pressed to argue that CGM wasn’t full of $h!t. But the complex, deliberate act of gathering clothes, carrying them to the bathroom, and setting them on fire is more a sign of spiteful anger than of confusion.

Thanks for the report ~J~.

Testimony continues in domestic case against woman who made Duke accusations

DURHAM, N.C. -- When Cpl. John Tyler got to the small Lincoln Street apartment just after midnight last February he was responding to a 911 call placed by a scared 9-year-old girl, he testified Thursday.

"Once the telecommunicator heard the screaming, the complainant appeared to be scared and hung up," Tyler said, describing the information he had as he entered Crystal Mangum's apartment.

Tyler was the second witness to testify Thursday in Mangum's trial, in which she faces multiple felony charges related to the Feb. 17 domestic violence call. The charges include arson, injury to personal property, resisting arrest and contributing to the delinquency, abuse or neglect of her children.

Attorneys spent five days weeding through 40 potential jurors to pick 12 plus two alternates who could try Mangum without pre-judging her credibility because of her false rape accusations in the Duke lacrosse case.

(snip)

On Thursday, Tyler said when he arrived he saw the three children sitting at a table, patrol officer Hillary Thompson, and Mangum selectively picking up clothes in the bedroom and throwing them in the bathtub.

Tyler said he asked Mangum if she needed their help.

"She looked at me, and she stated, 'No I just want y'all to leave,'" Tyler said.

When he turned back toward the children, one of them asked if they were going to be able to go to school tomorrow, Tyler said.
"It just struck me as odd," Tyler said, adding he responded that they would. "He said 'Mommy and her boyfriend were just fighting.'"
At the same time, someone knocked on the door. The 9-year-old let out a quick scream. Tyler said he saw a man standing on the stoop in the very cold morning with no shirt, shoes, and wet pants from the knees down.

Tyler said he asked the man, "Are you the other party involved here?"

At that point, the judge sent the jurors to lunch, and then later sent them home to address other court business.

Testimony is scheduled to resume Friday.

Someday Crystal is going to end up hurting somebody really badly, perhaps fatally. She just can't continue in this direction without that inevitability. The warning signs have been here over and over. She is a dangerous woman.

Crystal has a long history of prescription drug abuse, and it looks as if this is continuing with these reports of morphine and oxycodone. Is she scamming hospital personnel again?
