I don't think he gives a Flying Fig; he is achieving his destruction /agenda by stealth with his tsars and the EPA. Now the EPA is going to regulate DUST........... Congress is now about as relevant as a dead fish.Obama only required to fool the fools once,. he succeeded. Yet , funny I never meet any one who voted for him these days ! Does he care how many unemployed families are suffering and marriages that must be under enormous strain ? The joker is more concerned about his next round of golf and vacation Stuff the plebs , I won! Edited by longstop, Aug 3 2010, 04:05 PM.

You won't believe the regulations in California about dust on construction sites. It isn't just having a water trucks, it is more than that. It also includes runoffs when it rains when the dust turns to mud. Filters and barriers, methods and water trucks, it all adds to the costs which never seem to matter to the Greens. We can't build in California for reasonable costs. Edited by Baldo, Aug 3 2010, 11:31 PM.

The Summer of Recovery Continues! Where's VP Bite It? Surprise rise in jobless claims casts pall on economy WASHINGTON (Reuters) - New claims for unemployment benefits unexpectedly rose last week to the highest level since early April, highlighting a weak labor market and the fragile economic recovery. Weekly claims data are often volatile and the figures released on Thursday by the Labor Department have little bearing on the government's closely watched monthly employment report, due on Friday, as they fall outside the survey period. Still, they are indicative of a labor market that is struggling to gain momentum, putting a strain on the broader economy's recovery from its longest and deepest downturn since the Great Depression. "While these numbers are volatile, we haven't really made progress in the labor market and that's kind of troubling when you think about the broader economic recovery," said Andrew Gledhill, an economist at Moody's Economy.com in West Chester, Pennsylvania. "For the recovery to turn into a self-sustaining expansion, we need people to have wage income coming in and until that happens, we are still in a tenuous position." Initial claims for state unemployment benefits rose 19,000 to a seasonally adjusted 479,000, the Labor Department said. That compared to market expectations for a drop to 455,000...snipped http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Surprise-rise-in-jobless-rb-3752948140.html?x=0&.v=4 |

I was just listening to Sean Hannity, he had karl Rove on. Rove mentioned that there is an article on Vanity Fair, stating that Obama doesn't even arrive for work in the Oval Office until 9:30. He went on to say that us unbelievable for a POTUS. When he worked for Bush, Bush would arrive at around 6 and started holding meetings at 6:30. All I can figure is that since Obama is so much smarter then Bush, O doesn't need the extra time in the office. |
