43% is the lowest yet for Barry Ofailure, but it would seem they are all going to take one for the team. They do not care about polls or the outcome of the elections. It's all about future POWER ! http://hotair.com/archives/2010/02/27/are-democrats-choosing-to-run-off-a-cliff-with-obamacare/ snip Are Democrats acting irrationally, refusing to see the cliff in front of them? Andy McCarthy says no — and that Republicans need to understand that: snip |

Rasmussen Report http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/obama_administration/daily_presidential_tracking_poll
The number that approve (at all, ie strongly and somewhat) equals the amount the strongly disapprove. That's BIG!! The strongly opinionated people tend to be more active. They tend to vote, may send $, and may volunteer. The people with weak opinions may just watch, could vote, but probably won't do much else. Edited by jewelcove, Feb 27 2010, 12:03 PM.

Maybe this could assist the MSM as to why the the Greek Columns are falling around the ONE ? Obama's Political Skills Built on Hot Air Most of us learned from our parents that you don’t put the cart before the horse. That’s most of us. President Obama apparently never learned that lesson. The latest example is Obama’s orchestration of a bipartisan healthcare summit to listen to ideas from Republicans and come up with a new plan. But days before the summit, Obama released his own version of a healthcare bill that was even more costly than the ones passed by the House and Senate. snip http://newsmax.com/RonaldKessler/healthcare-health-care-eric/2010/02/25/id/350877 Edited by longstop, Feb 27 2010, 12:24 PM.

I was listening to the radio discussing some the demographics problems that Obama & the Democrats in Congress should be worried about. We know the Independent swing voters are leaving him in droves but what is also worrisome is the 20-30 year olds who have become disenfranchised by Obama. They came on board with the Hope & Change motto and now they are out of work facing a future of economic misery that they never really have had to face. They are also watching the movement they scorned, the rise of the Tea Party which continues to build. The layoffs of government workers is starting in California. School districts, transit workers, city governments, and even state workers are to filling the axe. Talk about a group who are about to confront economic reality. Leaving government heading out to the private sector is a rude wake up. I don't blame Obama for anything prior to Jan 21 as President, even though he had two months after his election to be prepared. However as Truman stated, "The Buck stops here!" I really wonder if Obama thinks that is just a saying? His continual blaming Bush makes me think he doesn't. What Truman saying is that the President has the power to change things. The buck stops there because he has the power, it is not about blame. As we are able to look back in retrospect it appears Obama has wasted his crisis. Of course that was always an arrogant viewpoint, being President is about what is best for the Amercian People, not an opportunity force through your ideology. He blew his Presidency in the first 100 days in office. Remember back when the MSM was still in puppy love saying it was the best 100 days ever? Now they are saying the Amercian People are stupid. Sounds like failure to me, Blame Bush, Blame the Amercian People. IMHO He doesn't know the definition of Responsibility, the ability to change conditions. Edited by Baldo, Feb 27 2010, 12:32 PM.

I had to include that image. The "linear" reminded me of the warming debates, only here there is no other start or stop points to change the results of it with. It started with where Bush left off and progressed to where Zero has taken it. Tied to that loss of approval and the reactions all "worrisome is the 20-30 year olds" should be having is what they can look forward to with debt racing upwards and jobs no where to be found. Many within that age group, which my children fall into, have parents that spoiled them too much while those same parents are spending their money on themselves. My children have been fairly responsbile for themselves, but the recent financial changes have made me decide I'll venture back out in an effort to earn a little more just to help them along when they're forced to face the mess OUR generation and that before has built up for them. The Transportation Depaartment has been dropping big money lately, with more planned in the near future, and I'm experienced at getting pieces of that type of funding.
