Not enough kickback money for the black people...I have to agree with them though, it sure isn't a jobs bill... http://thehill.com/homenews/house/83859-black-caucus-throws-roadblock-in-front-of-tax-cut-15-billion-jobs-bill

..."I'm offended that it's been called a jobs bill," CBC Vice Chairman Emanuel Cleaver (D-Mo.) told reporters. "I will not stand up in the district that I represent... and say we just did a jobs bill. I think people are smarter than that. This is a tax cut bill and a little piece of a transportation bill." Cleaver is the Sharpton/Jackson of Kansas City, with a nearly identical history of very questionable connection$ to fund$! He's always in the middle of the programs here most would classify as reparations or entitlement programs, most ending up with pennies on the dollar going to help anyone and the balance lost in the pockets of various other black leaders or activist groups. HUD is sorting out how certain homes rebuilt could cost a half million and only be worth a couple hundred thousand, a very quiet process that I doubt we'll ever hear where the money went. I guess Cleaver would rather have a jobs bill that paid the groups working for a specific class of the unemployed, as they know best what to do with the money! Edited by kbp, Feb 26 2010, 11:48 AM.
