Has anyone seen this C^^P? http://www.firefilmz.com/blogger.html 10 Myths about Crystal Mangum and the Duke Case Myth #1 Ms. Mangum was part of some racist cabal to railroad innocent white men so that Mike Nifong could be elected District Attorney of Durham County. Myth #2 Ms. Mangum was mentally incapacitated and suffered from serious delusions and therefore an unreliable witness. Myth #3 Ms. Mangum was not a student, and if she was, she was mediocre at best. Myth #4 The publication of the book is an attempt to "cash in" on the story. Myth #5 There is a videotape supposedly showing Ms. Mangum dancing at the Platinum Pleasures Club three days after the lacrosse party. Myth #6 Ms. Mangum's cousin Jakki, attorney Mark Simeon and others served as spokesperson or representatives for Ms. Mangum. Myth #7 Ms. Mangum was a drug addict and prostitute Myth #8 Jesse Jackson paid Crystal's tuition at NCCU. Myth #9 Crystal is a racist. Myth #10 Crystal never spoke to the media to clear up some of the misconceptions about her. |

Here is the last part. Time to post comments  ________ The truth is Crystal has tried to tell her story. She spoke to CNN and NBC extensively. She did interviews with any number of outlets including NPR that have never aired or been published. In all of them she speaks clearly and emphatically about her desire to not want innocent men to go to jail. People who don't want that heard have worked tirelessly to keep that out of the media. Why? Haha -- I think you're right. I think Ole Vince has some loan sharks he needs to pay off. He and Crystal blew it: if Crystal had been willing to come clean, say she lied, and expose the behind-the-scenes transgressions of Gottlieb and Nifong, I think the book would have sold enough to provide her and Vince a decent pot of money. Oh, I meant like, for example, if she confirmed that Gottlieb let her look at some pictures from the party before she did the pick-any-three (not four) Powerpoint ID. Or, if she would tell us what her and Himan talked about when they had that clandestine meeting that was not recorded in Himan's notes, right around the time Himan first heard the "no semen, no blood, no pubic hairs" news from SBI. But she tells so many lies, makes up so many stories, and mixes so many strong (prescription) drugs, that she would just be a totally unreliable source of information. |

Well, #8 really isn't right either because no one thinks that Jackson paid her tuition, so it's not a myth. Where are Crystal's copies of the taped interviews she did for CNN, NBC, and NPR? Where are the transcripts? Who interviewed her? I actually think it's possible she did do some interviews, but was so out of it that the interviews were not aired out of fear of further harming a "rape victim". |

I cant remember who, but Jackson was asked if he had paid any of ms. mangums tuition so far. He said no he had not. ANd when asked when he would do that since he said he was going to pay for her education, Jackson said he could not find ms mangum. AHHHHHHHHhhahahahahahahahahahhahaha///////right |

Clark's moderating the site and he hasn't published my post. It is a list of questions. Maybe he hasn't seen it yet, but my belief is that Clark is a manipulator and a hack and he and Crystal deserve each other. |

The truth is, Crystal was interviewed many times by the Durham Police Department investigators and by the Special Prosecutors for the North Carolina Attorney General's Office. Her story kept changing and was never supported by the physical evidence. There is no doubt that is the reason that NBC, NPR and CNN have declined to run the tape of her interviews. Why?" I have had the opportunity to hear Crystal tell her side of the story in a public forum. She made no mention of not wanting innocent men to go to jail. Sorry Vince. Anytime crystal tries to tell her story, you are the one talking and not crystal. What vince is telling us is HE got crystals story right. Vince....How about letting crystal tell her own story and you keep quiet. |

Looks like the recession has hit the Platinum Club and Crystal is short a few tricks. Hasn't Vince figured out by now that this woman is a lier and freak show. |
