Okay, follks, I'm not totally sure I understand this, BUT here goes... Apparently, David Shuster (he of the "pimping out" Chelsea Clinton comment back during the primaries) is going to report that conservative blogs (Free Republic) are filled with "haters" who lobbed racial slurs at Malia Obama about wearing a tee shirt with a peace sign on it during her trip to Italy. According to one Freeper, the "reporter" who wrote the piece that Shuster quotes is really a blogger over at Daily Kos who has, in the past, advocated racial attacks and attributing those slurs/attacks to Republicans. It seems to me that as Obama's approval ratings go down, the potential for this sort of covert action will increase, with posters pretending to be "conservative" or "Republicans" while in reality they are shills who are trying to set up different websites by posting racial slurs. Alinsky tactics are being used over and over again. |

Ridicule, another tool of the left. Go after Sarah, make the opposition look like fools, go after the freepers, go after anyone who oppose them. However I don't like commenting about what an eleven year old wears. Peace signs are worn by lots of teenagers. She wasn't dressed inappropriate for an 11 year old touring Rome. I can understand a certain amount of criticism but like I have always said let them be off limits. Unfortunately I believe the White House is encouraging the exposure of the two girls. |

Absolutely, they pretend not to use the children, but do so when convenient. I am not sure if the main stream media has commented on what other Presidential children have worn, but I do question the parents' judgment in letting her wear THIS particular tee shirt the day after the President was meeting with Putin regarding disarmament. The child's attire was being used as a message and it was unneccessary. I am certain that she had other clothing to wear. Also, I will say that I find the Obama's attire overall to be entirely too casual and lacking in decorum for the family that is supposed to be representing us. This is not the Griswold family vacation! |
