Nancy Grace can't afford another lawsuit on her hands, so this could be the reason that she's keeping her fat trap shut. The suit that was brought against her from the family of the woman that killed herself after doing one of Nancy's show, [Malinda Dukitt? (sp??)] has won the right to move that case into the discovery phase. IIRC This was one time when we saw Nancy and her Producer at there worse. Other than the Duke Rape Frame Up Case. I have a question. Are the streets in eco commons private or public? If they are public then what are the residents doing blocking them? |

Nevermind, I found the answer. Indigo Trails is private. |

I believe they are not up to state or county standards so they would be considered private. But unless they have a sign indicating it is a private road, cars passing by may consider them public accessible. After all, lombards out of town guests may have used them. |

Is it a gated community? |

. Yes, as Mike found out - its' a Private street. Not a gated community in the traditional sense, but they do block access when they have festivals, celebrations, and other things. They ran off the few reporters that showed up, threatened them with arrest. Notice how no stations have seen fit to show footage of them being ran off the property. . |

Okay...so since you were a child, and family/relatives moved to MD and CA, there has been no need to come in or through NC...... Oughta come down and visit us some time..........we don't bite! Those statistics are quite damming......hard to believe that (was it 96 or 98?) that many counties were found to be wanting in "southern hospitality". We only have 100 counties! I have driven all over this state and in SC, and was pulled over once on a back road in SC at night......my fault, going too fast, trying to find the major road......I was a tad frightened, as I had seen a car parked in a parking lot as I passed by and then saw it come out behind me.....he was just waiting for a nut like me! The problem was, he blinked his lights, but did not have the lights on top of his car, and I think there was no siren. I thought about continuing to drive until I found signs of humanity, but I pulled over and hoped for the best. The sheriff or patrolman....(this little town was so small I had a hard time finding it on the website after I got home safely!) walked up to my window......he was Huge!!! Had my license ready......he told me how fast I had been going...(I had)....and then I told him I had just about decided not to stop....he had no siren or flashing lights on top of his car. He said they were burned out and the siren had a "short" in it. Folks.....I was lucky. He was a real law enforcement officer.......told me how I could just mail my fine into the little county office.......and I took off. Came to the main road/highway in another 3 or 4 miles. I called the Court in that town the next day and talked with someone to confirm that I could mail my fine and not have to come down to appear. I was happy to do so......and I have the letter confirming the receipt of my money order! (This was about 10 or 11 years ago, and while I can't find the newspaper from this morning, I can put my hands on that letter!! ) Sorry to bore you......just acknowledging that there are speed traps out there......we do have some backwater towns in NC and SC but these folks are for the most part the salt of the earth...... |

I am wondering who lombard or his partner may have known in eno commons to get a house in that neighborhood. DId they do an interview and because they had black kids they were seriously considered as being OK. Was a recommendation received from the church lombard was associated with? Where is the connection from this couple with kids to the neighborhood. |

. Oh, boy. I'm afraid to ask. In searching in various areas for Eno-Commons they are mentioned on a web-site which is also announcing an appearance of: "A chorus of gay/bi/affirming men |
