Art. The circuit judge who signed it is one of the best and brightest. SCOTUS material. He lays out some of the law well. The lawyers and trial judge are not SCOTUS material. The pro se plaintiff is as good a lawyer as the ones with certificates on the wall, although that isn't a high standard. |
