This is the response I received from WPTF: Thanks for writing, and I'm sorry you feel Victoria Peterson was portrayed as (sic) "credible spokesperson." Because we're in the news business, we're very clear on the circumstances surrounding the Duke Lacrosse case. That said, if in the opinion of our news reporters, Ms. Peterson (or anyone for that matter) can enhance a story by her participation, we reserve the right to make that call.
