Neat debating ploy, Sherp. Medical-chart alterations are “legal” if made in the recommended transparent manner? You jest! The issue with Levicy’s alleged misrepresentations is liability, not legality. The issues with Levicy herself are both liability and credibility. As Joan would say, raising the subject of legality is a side-step. Now tell us why you believe that Levicy is credible, and not liable.
