The illegaly changed documents went from "absolutly" to "my knowledge". That is not the same and as far as I know neither the nurses or doctor's notes have ever been published so no one knows if anything was changed or altered. Neither Ms Jean or any other lawyer at the bar hearing, under oath, ever questioned "altering" of the rape report put in the rape kit.
