The booking person lied and told them one dancer had "blond highlights in her hair" = Crystal!!! Rather than be rude or be charged on the credit card reservation for turning them away (and CGM was 40 minutes late already), the guys accepted the damaged goods begrudgingly. Of course it was bad form on the part of the agency. As for Crystal's incoherence and the rest, it does not really matter; though I do not fault your curiosity, I agree it does not make any sense.
