Mark Connolly, Elliot Wright, Kris Stevenson. They did have Lee Roper who is now jaunting around the world. Your right though they are a strong team and should win the league comfortably.

Posts: 49 Group: Members Member #4 Joined: Oct 19, 2008	Dodgy is right, if my memory is correct from when we played them, then they had four lane regulars playing, 2 squad players and 3 or 4 lane reserve players from last season. I would expect them to be 100% in the league this season, as well as winning their county cup!!

Posts: 1 Group: Members Member #11 Joined: Dec 14, 2008	we have got stevo, elliot and conno from friar lanes first team and dick hayes from their reserves BUT we have got to start somewhere and unfortunatley that is in district league 1. its not as easy as just grabbing a few quality players and them carrying the whole team.. we have got a decent team not just a few good individuals. p.s thanks for the support nigel

Posts: 2 Group: Members Member #12 Joined: Dec 15, 2008	Playin for the Kingsway Revolution is unlike playin for any other team, anywhere in the world. Its a group of mates who put team spirit and havin a top night out ahead of football. When we lost against desford in the cup we had 2 former Lane 1st team players in the team and 2 former Lane reserves. We got a good beatin that day, we didnt turn up at all, but who cares! we got back in the changin rooms, cracked open the beers, cranked up the music and went out and had a quality night out. That is The Revo spirit!!!!!!!
