ELANO Posts: 107 Group: Admins Member #1 Joined: Oct 14, 2008	A bit of gossip overheard whilst at the Desford friendly on Saturday: The New Rothley chairman is giving the club some money to do the ground up a bit. Although Stu deeley is allegedly not paying out the same sort of money to players as he did last year ,Thurmaston had Carl Noble training with them this week. Asda have objected to the sale of alchohol at the new proposed clubhouse at Thurmaston Incidently Desford beat Greenhills 3 -1 in good game for this time of year. Pictures will be online later .... Posts: 14 Group: Members Member #5 Joined: Oct 20, 2008	Thought that it was agreed when built that no alcohol shall be served at the new Thurmaston pitches, simply because it only got planning permission because it was meant to be used by Roundhill College and so no Alcohol Licence would ever be permitted on the grounds
