Alright hun, people have been telling me for two years that I've been 'getting better' well no shit I've been 'getting better' but not one has told me 'you've improved so damn much, good job' well screw them, they don't know an f-ing thing. Your gonna be 'getting better' all your life if you keep at it, it isn't going to happen over night and no one is going to admit it, commen knowledge one-O-one. And looking at your earlier works and this newer one, you've definatly improved, good job, good luck with getting better, and don't let the ass holes get ya down. |

Um...while this may be true, there's always a small fact: somebody will always be better than you. It's harsh, and I hate it as much as anybody else, but that's why we strive for better and better things, new ways to improve. I'm not an 'assholes' but I can say that Misa has been improving and she's done very well. |

hopefully when I get home I'll have some of my inked pieces up >> my first attempt at actually inking so lets see how it goes ^^;; again the inked will be sharper and cleaner but Im not sure how they will look scanning wise I an't wait to see but thank you both for saying those things ^.^ it means a lot |

Well, atleast it's appriciated, most the people out here don't much like the harsh reality being thrown at them and ruining the pretty little stage they painted over the truth. |

Inking is tough, and there's always a chance you'll miss a tiny spot, but it's easy once you get the hang of it. I recommend Sharpies with thin tips, blunt tips and Sakura microns. NEVER use those pointed quilltip things...they always speckle your paper in ink. |

well here's my first art piece... Finished black widow tell me how I did with the inking ^^;; I went with some sharpie ink thing >> I dunno i grabbed the first ones I saw that looked almost like my pencil's I used width wise... EDIT: alright then so I decided to take a second look at what I drew and I wanted to up it a bit ^.^ I like the detail I did tell me what you think =3 Edited by misa, Feb 9 2009, 06:55 PM.
