near the middle of the island, there is a pub. Hidden in an alleyway between a network of houses, most would not go in, unless looking for a fight. The locals who live there spread rumors about fights breaking out and missing persons. None of this is true of course. The people who go into the pub may look like they can do damage when in all actuality, they are some of the nicest people you will meet. Inside the small building is a warm cozy interior, with a piano, tables chairs and the ever popular bar. Of course there are the occasional drunkards but most are harmless people.

In a tall building is the Blacksmith. Inside it is very warm, because the metal worker always has his fires going. The smells of metal, fire, and the musky smell of hard work fill the air. The worker is very friendly though, and always has good quality items. He is also open to apprenticing new comers in his craft. The work is good hard work, but it is rewarding.

Port Hafen, bay of the world, one of the busiest places out of the island. There is a large shipyard, and day in and day out, ships are coming and going, bringing things in and taking things out. The port is in constant renewal, out with the old, in with the new. There is a small market place where traders from all over sell their wares for cheaper than they would be once they hit other islands. Seagulls fly high overhead, and the sea gives a constant sound of moving water, and the sun warms all.
