However, cheaters will be dealt with. Even if you feel lucky you got away with it today. that don’t mean we can’t see what you did one month from now, and have you jailed for it. I am sorry to present this in such a hard manner, but this is to ensure you all that we will not let cheaters slip through. We do this police work to keep you, non cheating players, happy. I don’t wanna be Judge Dredd here or anything, but the old rule still remains. If it looks like cheating, it will be dealt with like cheating. If you feel you might be stepping over the line, ask before you cross that line, or you might find yourself in jail the very next time you logon. About the game We have been getting a lot of complaints about the battle engine. It seems to be working in favor of the defender. I haven’t changed that, maybe we didn’t see it ‘cos we had no requirements and used clangear, i dunno. But the good news is that everybody has the same problem as you. I’ll have a look at it and I might make some changes until next round. We have some other minor "beauty bugs" left, and I will try to fix them as we go. I hope you all enjoy having the game back as much as I do And finally, a golden star to everyone that supported the game through donations, it really means a lot. Though it was not my intention to give advantage to those that received a clan through donations, but it has come to my knowledge that this is the case. For that I am sorry. I change this until the next round so even those who are playing for free will have a fair shot. Hope you guys that do support the game will continue to do so anyway. We are actually paying money to keep this show running now, it is good fun, but well, you get the point. Though it seems, that the longer we wait things actually start to solve themselves When choosing murderus as admin we had a feeling that this would happen. He is a good player, and good players have their tricks and strategies, that’s the way it is. The "grey zones" as they have come to be called, has always been out there. But we also have quite obvious game rules that you can read ingame. To answer the question, did murderus cheat? No, he did not. But with his skills and knowledge he pinpointed unfair ways to play the game and used this to his advantage. And above all, he was an admin, and this kind of behavior is just not appropriate in his position. Murderus is not a cheater, but he is now dismissed from his duties as an admin of Legend Arena. But we must also point out the endless nights he stayed up to help you guys. He had no access to the donation area, still he helped players that claimed to have donated, that we hadn’t been able to add yet. From a competitive clan point of view that was an unselfish act. Also he has helped us out in many other ways, as any good admin. And we are very grateful of that. He is a good chap, and he is very sorry for what happened. He does not play unfair anymore and should from now on be treated as any other player. Now, what is unfair game? Well, here people think different. And we have no straight answer. But as admins we can and will see to if the game rules are followed. In many ways we do believe this outburst the last few days was good, it helps us grow a common consciousness and is needed for us to be able to grow together as a community.
