An interest on loans would make more sense. Because in real life banks charge you for loans. But then again, so does interest on invested money, as banks encourage people to invest their money by giving them compounded interest over the years. I like the idea and if I could ass my 2 cents I would say: There would be an interest on both loans from the bank. These rates can be set by the admin up to 30% over 24 hours, which is (5/12)% per 20 minutes. (just like tax IMO) There would also be an interest on invested money that would be given to the investor that can come directly from the clan treasury. (The money cannot come out of thin air, think about it.) This way, clans can regulate the tax, and both kinds of interest, giving more variety to clan options.) You might even be able to customize loans for each rank in the clan, so maybe a blacksmith would have a lower loan interest than a commoner, etc.
