Performer Posts: 102 Group: Game Admins Member #8 Joined: Nov 26, 2008	In many games they have advice not only for the new players but also advice for the players that wanna take it one step further. So far the information has been passed on by people and/or people had to watch and learn in order to gain knowledge. I belive this is one of the things that makes the game exciting for a selected few of us, that knows the tricks, but i also belive it does it harder for us to find new players and to make the new players stay. This guide will be a little tricky to write for one player so i have decided that Terahammer will monitor this thread while you people post your tips and tricks. Then later we put this thing together into a proper guide. Please try and write your tricks in such way that it can be easily copy/pasted into a guide. I do not know how this guide will look like cos the advice might be diffrent for a player that search for high level then the one that search for much wealth. But hopefully we figure this out along the way regards yosh

Tanner Posts: 1,132 Group: News crew Member #2 Joined: Nov 21, 2008	When starting a round: -Money is important, so I suggest upp'ing your income first thing, the more gc and money the better weapons you can purchase for your character. -If you have the patience don't right right off the bat. save ur stamina for when u got a more wider variety of targets to choose from. -Its important to watch all ur battles, when starting a round ur number one goal should to be to not lose a single battle. so its important u check other peoples profiles and check the def wins and see if people are wining or losing against them. - decide which u wanna focus on between mining or fishing and after maxing ur income max one of them next and start upgrading it. - when it comes to ranking. what the top players do is balance the stats. as some have done they focus there stats in one category when if u want to score high in ranking u need to balance all ur stats to make it so u are in top 50 in all the 8 ranks. that will give u high current which also goes into a high overall rank.

TH, how about you gather all the tips and place them in Yosh's post? I bet you already thought of that though. At the start: -A possible strategy at the start of the round is to save up your stamina. Then, when a lot of people have already levelled up, use around 20 of your stamina to pray and attack the higher levels. Do note that praying will negatively affect your warpoint score when you're in a clan. -The general consensus is that it is better to, after reaching level 2, use your first attribute points on life. -The first charms people usually take are in the order of 8 to 10 strength/agillity which equals 40 to 50 life. -If you've started out late, a good way to get back up is to stock up on a huge amount of stamina, buy the best potions and fight the really big boys. This will level you in no time. This will have a heavy price tag though. Besides buying the potions you will also have to spend a lot of cash on equipment, seeing as you will level at a tremendous rate. Depending on wether or not you chose to raise your max endurance with attribute points or via the temple of ares, you will probably be weaker(if you've used attribute points) than the rest of your level. Buying yourself some good charms might be a good idea to.

You will loose a lot in fishing or mining. I think it's better to put 40 in income and than fishing or mining to 100. Did you really made so much money this round by putting 100 income on the beggining ? Buying a good equipment is not worth loosing in bank ranking. Some cheap equip should be enought. Gathering 140-150 stamina and praying is very good tactic. But Ares may not like you and you will loose some stam. When you lvl up, before dealing with your attribute points, look at rankings and decide where you can earn more positions. However try to have balanced character.

But it also nice to see that advanced players differ in opinion in certain cases. Like praying. Indeed it can be very strong if you have stamina built up, but you can get unlucky and lose a lot of stamina which you may regret later. Therefore I dont think this guide should be "this is how you play a perfect game", but more like "if you decide to do this or that, best would be to play thus and so".

Getting income up first, yeas, we all do that. But if differs a lot to which extent. So for a guide I would rather have something like: "The general consensus amongst top ranked players is to place all your skill points in income in the first few levels. The amount of points differ per player and per style. Some may take it up to only 50 whilst others prefer going max."

We give them tips on how you could play this game. Not by giving a fixed built, but by giving different startingpoints and different ways to do stuff. Praying is a perfect example. It's a high risk, nice reward strategy. Something you could use, depending on how you are.

I completely disagree with using ares, i'd rather watch to see which noobs have been playing without equips and wait for them to lvl then spam them, thus gaining better exp than most PLUS having that extra boost of stamina still, cheeky cheeky.

Did you really made so much money this round by putting 100 income on the beggining ?

Buying a good equipment is not worth loosing in bank ranking. Some cheap equip should be enought.
